The Greater Manchester Good Employment Charter are delighted to announce that nine Supporters are moving into the Membership tier this month.

Through their commitment to the seven good employment characteristics, our new Members are shaping the way forward across the city region.

The employers progressing from ‘Supporters’ to ‘Members’ of the Charter are:

 

Each employer completed a thorough assessment, which was reviewed and approved by a technical review panel and Charter board. This is to ensure each characteristic of the Charter is addressed in their policies and procedures. As our Membership tier grows, our Members continue to work to improve and build upon their good employment practice.

 

The Good Employment Charter's goal is to raise employment standards throughout the city region and contribute to a thriving and productive economy. Employers can start their journey with the Charter as a Supporter, which asks employers to commit to improving practice, whilst being provided with adequate support and resources.
