Provides oversight on the delivery of the Charter, guidance on the activities of the Implementation Unit, and contributes policy insights and proposals. The Programme Board acts as a Champion for Good Employment, strategically driving the Charter forward to deliver the outcomes and benefits for all employers across Greater Manchester.
